Lilly Seng CCCE CD(DONA) IBCLC NRAEMT
My name is Lilly, I'm a mother of 5, and for the last decade I have had a passion for helping, educating, and supporting mothers/families specifically throughout pregnancy, birth, and lactation. I am currently located in Loudoun County, VA and am offering inpatient and outpatient lactation support at Prince William Medical Center. As of this year, 2021, I will be expanding my services to include out of hospital care through Private Practice Lactation Support and in-home/virtual education.
My experience includes being certified as a childbirth educator through CAPPA (Childbirth And Postpartum Professionals Association) since 2010 and being certified to serve families as a birth doula through DONA international. I have been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2017 and prior to that have been serving breastfeeding families in the area through La Leche League as an accredited leader since 2011. I have worked for two separate hospitals providing lactation support and prenatal education. Over the years I have founded breastfeeding support groups, and lead countless meetings, in Manassas, Haymarket, and Warrenton, I've also provided support for families in Fairfax and Western Loudoun. Virtually, on Facebook, I am the founder/moderator of the group "Northern Virginia Breastfeeding Support". I also obtained certifications as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician as well as an AHA BLS CPR instructor. My wide range of experience allows me to be able to bring many different aspects of patient care and lactation support to the unique care of the families I'm honored to serve.
I truly believe in the importance of empowering women/families throughout this stage of their lives. Support is essential through out all of pregnancy, birth, postpartum and so on. I'm here to educate and assist parents with what they need to know as they embark on this journey to provide life giving nourishment through their remarkable bodies!

I was born in Puerto Rico and was raised bilingual here in Northern Virginia. I specialize in providing support and education in both English and Spanish. When I'm not serving families, I'm fully dedicated to my own family as a homeschooling mother of five beautiful children. My hobbies include crocheting, reading, photography, homesteading, and hiking/camping with my wonderful kiddos.
All of what I do, I do for families. I believe that a strong foundation is the key for success in all areas of life. It is thanks to my family and all their support that I am able to help others as I do. I hope to inspire those around me as I've been inspired myself.
